Are your teas organic?
Many of our teas are certified organic and sourced from estates that prioritize clean, sustainable growing practices. Where organic certification applies, it’s clearly noted on the packaging. Regardless of certification, we carefully select only high-quality, minimally processed leaves that meet our strict sourcing standards.
What’s the best way to brew NABTA teas?
Each tea is unique, but as a general guide:
- Black teas (Darjeeling, Assam, Earl Grey): Use just-boiled water and steep for 3–4 minutes.
- Jasmine Pearls: Use water just below boiling and steep for 2–3 minutes.

Do your teas contain any artificial flavors?
Never. We use only whole ingredients and natural infusions—no artificial flavorings, colorings, or additives.
How should I store your teas?

Our truffles are best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Because they’re made without preservatives, refrigeration helps maintain their quality and texture.
Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?
No. Our truffles are handcrafted with clean, honest ingredients—no fillers, no preservatives, and no shortcuts.
Are your truffles gluten-free?
