1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway

2. Product Freshness & Consumption

Our products are made fresh in small batches. For the best experience, we recommend consuming truffles within 2–3 weeks of delivery and storing them in a refrigerator. Teas should be stored in a cool, dry place

3. Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame. However, unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues) may cause delays. NABTA is not liable for delays beyond our control

4. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund assessment

5. Use of Website

All content on our website—including images, text, and product descriptions—belongs to NABTA. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
