At NABTA, we are committed to delivering products that are fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. However, as our truffles and teas are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, the following points apply:

• All products are plant-based and produced in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, soy, and dairy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
• Our truffles are made without preservatives and should be stored between 18 - 20 °C to maintain freshness. We do not recommend you store them in the fridge. Consume within 1-2 weeks from delivery.
• Tea blends and loose leaf teas should be kept in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Customers with severe allergies should consult with a healthcare professional before consumption.
